The processing of a Millet Flour Plant (500 kg to 4 ton/hr capacity) begins with pre-cleaning and destoning to remove dust, stones, and impurities from raw Millet. The pre-cleaned grain then flows into a gravity separator precisely classifies the grains by density to discard light, damaged, or undeveloped seeds. The cleaned Millet is then lightly conditioned/tempered with water to optimize moisture content for uniform grinding. Next, it passes into a heavyduty chakki where high-speed stone plates grind the whole grain into fine, consistent Millet. Finally, the freshly ground Millet is passed through a vibro sifter to grade and remove coarse particles before moving directly to an automatic weighing and packaging system for final bagging.
