Atta Plant with Vibro Cleaning
Capacity: 2 ton to 10 ton per hour
In a 2 TPH Vibro Atta plant, raw grain is continuously fed onto multi-deck vibrating screens that separate oversized debris and fine particles by size, while an integrated aspiration channel uses controlled air suction to draw out light impurities such as dust, chaff, and husk before the cleaned grain exits the system. The air-cleaned grain then passes over a Magnetic Destoner removes Iron and other heavy impurities, pebbles, and glass from grains by using airflow and differences in density, separating them from the grain.
The pre-cleaned grain then flows into a gravity separator precisely classifies the grains by density to discard light, damaged, or undeveloped seeds. The cleaned wheat is then lightly conditioned/tempered with water to optimize moisture content for uniform grinding. Next, it passes into a heavyduty chakki where high-speed stone plates grind the whole grain into fine, consistent flour. Finally, the freshly ground flour is passed through a vibro sifter to grade and remove coarse particles before moving directly to an automatic weighing and packaging system for final bagging.

How the Atta Plant with Vibro Cleaning Machine Defines Separation Accuracy
Tulsi Agro’s 2 TPH Vibro Atta plant offers continuous, high-yield whole wheat flour production. Raw grain passes through multi-deck vibrating screens and air aspiration channels to clear dust and husk, followed by a magnetic destoner to remove iron particles, heavy stones, and glass. A precision gravity separator discards light or damaged seeds before the wheat undergoes controlled water conditioning. Ground through heavy-duty Chakki stone plates, the flour is sifted via a vibro sifter to remove coarse particles and routed directly to automated weighing and bagging systems.
